Found this place whilst searching online for a another option to my local Audi dealership in Liverpool mainly due to the hefty estimate I had received for a timing belt replacement when a regular service was carried out on my Audi A5. Im delighted I came across WCC as its definitely a main dealer service without the main dealer price. A free courtesy car was an added bonus. My car is running perfectly after its work, thanks chaps 10/10.
Initially thought that this place was good VFM. Professional service and cheaper than main dealer. Wanted car switched to long life servicing which they said they did, however they couldn't change the service interval on the onboard computer. Just taken car to be serviced elsewhere and found that WCC hadn't used OEM parts as they said they would. Won't be returning.
Had my A6 serviced here - good service and also had an engine light on dash - was given good honest advice - managed to source refurbished parts myself and wcc fitted them for me and cleared the fault - highly recommendef
This garage is a hidden gem!, I traveled 4 miles and was not dissapointed, I highly recommend this garage courteous professional and an absolute pleasure, there is also a lovely bakers round the corner whilst you wait, the prices are what you expect to pay for the work carried out, if your unsure or fed up of other garages I recommend you take a leap of faith, you will not be disappointed, thankyou very much for the work you have done on my vehicle and the adjustment so the failure will never happen again 10/10
