I intially took my car to Cheshire Oaks Audi and was advised to change my chambelt. I was quoted 'silly' money. I always go for a second opinion and googled/found Unit 20. I spoke to Martin who did a quick check on the computer and told me I had a chain and it didn't need changing. Well that kind of honesty will do for me so I decided to use these guys instead of Audi dealers. So when it was due a had a 50,000 mile service done and I am very happy with their brilliant work and honest advice. As a result of this I have then treated myself to a Revo stage 1 remap on my A5 1.8. Wow, the car is more responsive, faster and a lot more fun to drive, although i'm a frequent visitor to a petrol station these days!
Why are people obsessed with Main Dealer History? Took my R8 to an Audi Dealer for its 700 oil change ( otherwise known as a service) and was told it had developed a brake fault - which it didnt have when it went in - which could cured for a smidge under 1000. Wanted a second opinion which Unit 20 supplied. Seemed to have a full knowledge of things R8 ( unlike main dealers) . Booked car in. Fixed fault for well under 100 - well under!Not a one off. Last service took Main Dealers three attempts to manage to put a drain plug back in the hole not before it leaked oil over the garage floorRS4 I owned, new brakes and pads, same main dealer - replaced within 1000 miles by another garage under warrantyBloke I deal with at main dealers really tries his best but must know he's the front man for a load of useless morons!

Top quality service with great customer service. Booked in for my gearbox diagnosis, and got the best service and advise from Martin that I never had in past in any of these garages. So thanks a lot Martin and your team for your help and I highly recommend this to anyone.
Had a stage 1 Revo Remap on the 23/4/2018 on my 2016 VW Scirocco. Before I had it done by Unit20 I had a SuperChips BlueFin, I had nothing but problems with this device which made the car go into limp mode, after a few tweaks and the problem still persisting I ended up taking it off, after about a week the turbo value was whining, car had only 14000miles, coincidence?? Anyway after I had a new one fitted under VW warranty I phoned these guys and spoke to Martin, reassured me that it was safe to do so soon after the replacement turbo, I have been running the car for 3weeks with no issues and the revo feels apart of the car as the bluefin felt attached. Cheers guys, wont hestistate to recommend your company to friends and family.
