Thank you Steve you for the excellent service and advice I received today. We rang two tow bar fitting businesses to check availability for a fitting, and to get a quote for a tow bar on a lease car.When we received the car we had been told by the lease company that it was fine to fit a tow bar, as long as we removed it on return. While the other company were happy to book us in, Steve insisted we go back to lease company to double check the exact conditions, as the car required a tow bar with an invisible bumper cut. Lucky that we did, as had we gone ahead they would have charged us to replace the entire bumper, despite the fact the cut could only be seen underneath.Steve could have taken our money and completed the job, but thanks to his insistence and honesty we have saved a potentially massive fine on returning the car. I would not hesitate to recommend speaking to Steve as he obviously puts his customers first. Sadly we will have to make do with roofbars to carry a bike rack on this car, but if I have the opportunity in the future I would only go to Rhino Tow Bars.
