Quality, reasonable prices, clean, tidy and friendly staff. Food is freshly cooked and the chips are freshly peeled spuds (not frozen chips) Super indoor eating area.
Best chippy for many miles, and in a great location. Good portions, crisp batter, always fresh.
Can recommend the fish and chips, curry sauce, steak pie, chicken and mushroom pie. Only a small shop with limited seating so need lucky timing to get a table. Never been disappointed with the food after several visits there. They do coffee too.
Very tasty fish and chips from here. Also the service is friendly and quick, and, of you want to sit in, you don't have to pay extra.Highly recommended.
