Clive Watkin in Neston couldnt have been more helpful. The whole team were a pleasure to deal with, particularly Andy who helped enormously in pre-move plans. I highly recommend anyone requiring an estate agent to contact them first.
Terrible customer service. I rented a flat payed a huge amount of administrative fees and when the estate agent gave me the keys the flat was filthy (a women bra in the bathroom, toilet tissue all over the bedroom floor, oven and fridge were disgusting with mold and grease). Then they try to force me to sign a contract which I refuse, and until today they havent admit that it was their responsibility to check the flat. I would never rent through them again. Constables on the other side of the road had a much better bed side manners.
