Lovely little B&B in Neston Cheshire. Great breakfast, room very clean, comfy bed. We were made very welcome by Jenny. Only slight criticism is that the heating was turned off at 11pm & went back on at 7am but as it was -2dgrs outside it turned very close in our ground floor bedroom. I'm sure it would be very pleasant in the summer months. That's why I've given a four star rating not a five.

Thank you David and Alison for such a wonderful stay . It was peaceful and the breakfast was outstanding. Our room was perfect. All amenities were all to hand . It was a quaint and idyllic place to stay. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.
Had a wonderful stay at The Old School House B&B in Ness on 9th September 2016. Everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble for the proprietors. The breakfast was pretty awesome too.
