Ruined the collar of an expensive jacket charged me for coat instead of jacket still charged me 9.99for ruining jacket. Was very rude and aggressive. Seriously needs a customer service course. Shame as I used to use this dry cleaners when it was run by an excellent team. Never again.

Unable to remove coffee stain, no apologies offered. Rude to me as I left the store and when challenged she was ruder still. No respect for custom. Doesnt take card payments.
