The service from the members of staff was appalling. The people at the front desk talked to me in an incredibly negative tone; almost as if i had offended them, deterring me from returning again. I am only 15 years old, and i don't think any members of staff should be talking to an adolescent in the way that they talked to me.The treatment i received made me feel quite distressed, to say the least. I am thoroughly unimpressed.
Desperately in need of updating and a good clean. Seems to be run by stroppy teenagers and most of the time no one answer the phone. Swimming pool very cold and changing rooms filthy.
Ellesmere Port has better stuff than this!
Gym needs updating Ellesmere Port much much better facilities.
