Ben carried out some sound adjustments to my cello a good while ago and fitted a new set of strings - I was looking to get a bit more volume out of it and for the tone across the range of the instrument to be a bit more even. He was very patient and detailed in working on this and I was so impressed with the difference it made to my cello - very happy. It has needed no attention since, I recall the cost being very reasonable too.I also had the pleasure of playing a cello which Kate had made, and can only say anyone getting chance to own an instrument like that is very fortunate, it was lovely to play.
